How we handle your information

The contact form asks for your name, email and message, and optionally your phone number, your brand and the services you’re interested in. We use these only to reply to you and, if we work together, to plan that work.

We also keep the IP address and browser details the form was sent from. They’re used to stop the form being flooded with spam and aren’t used for anything else.

Brands we work with get accounts on the portal. We keep each person’s name, email and sign-in details, and the work shared with them there: rosters, calendars, reports, support requests and approvals. Each brand sees only its own information. Every change is recorded in an audit log so there’s a reliable history of who approved what.

For monthly reports, our team adds your brand’s social media numbers (reach, views, interactions and similar) and links to top posts. The portal doesn’t connect to your social media accounts.

To propose creators to brands, we keep professional details about them: name, Instagram handle, follower and engagement numbers, city, categories and, where shared with us, rates and contact details. Each number records where it came from. If you’d like to see, correct or remove what we hold about you, write to founder@offscript.net.in.

Only Offscript staff with the right permissions can see your information, and staff can be limited to particular brands. Signing in to the team’s side requires two-step verification.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the services above, which process it on our behalf.

This website uses no advertising or analytics trackers. If you sign in to the portal, a cookie keeps you signed in. The animations remember, for that browser tab only, that you’ve already seen the opening sequence.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or completed, or have it erased, and you can withdraw consent you’ve given. To do any of these, or to raise a concern, write to founder@offscript.net.in.
